Service Description

We all have the potential for change and growth. And perhaps this is exactly what you are seeking... but it can be hard to do it alone. That's okay. We can hang with the herd and work through it together. Out in the paddock, life is no different. You are challenged, humbled and learn to become one with the herd relying on only your emotional intuition. Experience and explore an introduction to herd-based philosophies through ground-based activities within the herd, which help you to demonstrate your reactions and responses to everyday situations. With a holistic approach in both counselling and coaching, I'll help you identify your personal values, explore and practice boundary setting, trust yourself and develop a greater awareness of self, others and the environment — all in a 1:1 session. This means drawing on a range of creative therapeutic experiences including equine assisted learning, neurolinguistic practices, meditation and holistic counselling and coaching techniques. Holistic counselling helps to heal the heart and help ourselves while connecting mind, body, spirit and wellbeing. Together we can balance your core life areas and expand your beliefs of your current self. Just an hour in the paddock will see you tune into what you need to reduce stress, balance your energy levels, manage decisions and find your own life balance. Many clients seek support with: • Communication • Patience • Self confidence + self belief • Trust • Self esteem • Respect + Pride • Honesty • Empathy + relating to others • Emotional Awareness • Resilience • Mindfulness • Personal values • Stress responses • Energy levels • Boundary setting
