As you step into the presence of horses, reconnect with the wisdom of experiential learning. Guided by Lisa, a skilled facilitator and counsellor, you’ll explore communication, boundaries, trust, and the subtle ways we influence and are influenced by others. Working alongside the herd—on the ground and in partnership—you’ll engage in hands-on experiences that reflect the complexities of relationships, helping you navigate distractions and deepen self-awareness. This journey is shaped by you, with space to co-create activities that align with your needs, ensuring an authentic and meaningful process. At times, horsemanship methods may be woven in, offering further insight into connection and leadership. Each session is designed to gently guide personal discoveries into everyday life, allowing lessons learned with the horses to ripple outward. Rooted in presence, trust, and respect, this work fosters growth in a way that is both natural and deeply transformative. Clients seeking support in strengthening communication, trust, self-confidence, and emotional awareness often benefit deeply from horse time. Through this work, they develop patience, resilience, and mindfulness while deepening their understanding of personal values, boundaries, and stress responses. By fostering empathy, honesty, and self-respect, they gain the tools to navigate relationships and life with greater balance and authenticity. Just an hour in the paddock will see you tune into what YOU need to reduce stress, balance your energy levels, manage decisions and find your own life balance. A $50 non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid at the commencement of your session.
